Dr. Jade DeSmidt

Dr. Jade DeSmidt (née Beattie) was born and raised in Bismarck. After graduating from Bismarck High School she attended the University of Minnesota where she graduated summa cum laude and won a Big Ten Championship as a member of the Golden Gopher gymnastics team. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.

The first six years of her career were spent in St. Louis, Missouri practicing general dentistry. She was thrilled with the opportunity to return to her hometown to join the Prairie Rose Family Dentists team. She loves dentistry and its unique combination of science and artistry delivered via healthcare. She has dedicated hundreds of hours to continuing education in a variety of subjects to provide the care that patients need, desire, and deserve. Dr. Jade's dedication to the profession was most recently recognized by the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) with the prestigious Fellowship Award. 

Dr. DeSmidt and her husband Jeff have four children: Brahm, Gideon, Allegra and Indigo. Outside of dentistry she enjoys sports, traveling, reading, cooking, and knitting/crochet.
