Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough oral exams, including visual and tactile assessments, to identify potential oral health issues.
Provide preventative dental care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Take medical histories and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Utilize medical imaging systems to capture and interpret diagnostic images.
Participate in education and training programs to stay current with the latest best practices and advancements in dental hygiene.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Dakota is required.
Strong Clinical skills and knowledge of the current dental hygiene practices
Strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to effectively educate patients and build relationships
A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
