Key Responsibilities:

Assist our dentists during a variety of procedures, ensuring top-notch patient care.
Prepare treatment rooms, maintain sterilization & infection control protocols.
Manage patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide an exceptional patient experience by delivering compassionate and professional care.
Use advanced technology to support high-quality treatment outcomes.
Work collaboratively to contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid Registered Dental Assistant license in North Dakota is required.
Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred.
Strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
